How do I sign up?

There are three ways to create an account:

  • On our website click on SIGN IN in the menu bar or SCHEDULE SERVICE in the body
  • Call us at (650) 366-7111 and one of our team members will assist you
  • Download the Dynasty Cleaners App from the App Store and create an account
Is there a minimum order?

With the exception of the Wash & Fold, there is not a minimum. The charge for Wash & Fold is $2.00/lb, with a minimum of 15lb – $30.00 per order.

Is there a charge for your pickup/delivery service?

We do not charge for pickup & delivery.

How do I get on a regular schedule?

Just let us know when you create your account and we will tailor our service to your needs. We provide service once a week, two times a week or whatever works for your busy schedule.

What if I need a special pickup?

Simply email us at help@dynastycleaners.com or call us at (650) 366-7111.

How do I give you special instructions regarding my order?

Please include a note in your bag with the specifics. If we have any questions, we will contact you via your email or phone on record.

What areas do you service?

Our service coverage extends from Millbrae to Mountain View in the Bay Area in Northern Ca. For extended detail please click on LOCATIONS in the menu bar.

How quickly can I get my order back?

The cleaning process can take as little as 48 hours depending on the type of cleaning and other factors. For quicker turnaround times please contact us for our special service .

Do I have to be home for a pickup/delivery?

You do not have to be home as we will pick up and/or deliver at a pre-arranged place you deem safe for your convenience. A receipt for your payment will be included with your delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

We use the credit card information you provide when you create an account with us. Our encrypted payment system is secure and connected directly to our POS system.

Do you operate your own plant?

Yes, we own and operate our own plant in Redwood City.

What can I do with my extra hangers?

We will take your extra hangers and recycle them. Just leave them in your bag with your clothes or put them in a separate bag and our driver will take them.

Do you have a tailor on staff that can take measurement?

Yes! We have a fully qualified tailor on hand at our San Carlos location who can provide assistance with all of your alteration needs.
